Yesterday after my final I actually had time to cook. Oh how exciting. So I decided to make some sort of Asian Inspired yumminess.
This is what I came up with.
Chicken and asparagus
Sauce spices + peanut butter
Simmering away!
We decided it was delicious.
One day I'm going to follow a recipe and it is going to have a different flavor.
This summer I'm hoping to practice my Asian dishes more.
