Succulent Cabbage

Last week I found a head of cabbage in the crisper.
I remembered this recipe that Ms. Tracy posted on her blog.

I tried it. The kids *loved* it.

  1. it is so rich, hard to remember it is cabbage! i have made this with half butter instead of all olive oil and it is superb :) if you have a few mushrooms and some onion, then slice them up and add them in and mmmmm it's even better :)
