Honestly, a Rainbow would be fine. I just LOVE the smell and the clean of this kind of vac.
I don't even care that they are a bit of a hassle.
We've had the same Rainbow for 20 yrs and love it! While it is a hassle, the stuff it pulls out out of the carpets is pretty disgusting! Certainly a a long lasting and hearty machine!
